How it works
Welcome to Rizen.
On this page, you’ll find everything you need to set up your Rizen Silent Alarm Bracelet and start using it with confidence.
Our goal is simple: help you wake up on time without relying on loud alarms that disturb the room.
Rizen uses silent wrist vibration to help you wake up in a calmer, more direct way. It is built for heavy sleepers, repeat snoozers, and anyone who wants a simple backup for mornings that matter.
In the video below, we’ll show you how Rizen works, how to set your alarm, how to wear it, and how to charge it so you can get the most out of your bracelet from day one.

- If you do nothing for more than 4.5 seconds while installing the alarm, the wristband automatically returns to the time screen. Be sure to take action within 4.5 seconds to continue installing the alarm.
- Confirming actions: To confirm each setting (such as changing from hours to minutes or saving the set time), press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
Can't do it all at once? No worries, you can simply restart by holding the button again for 3 seconds when you are on the time screen. Then the hour will start blinking again.

Turn on your device by pressing the button once. You will now see the time to be adjusted. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to start the adjustment process, first the “hour” indicator will begin to flash. Questions?
1. The alarm doesn’t wake me up. What can I do?
1. The alarm doesn’t wake me up. What can I do?
We know how important it is to wake up on time, especially when your morning actually matters. If Rizen does not wake you up right away, try these steps:
Use all 3 alarms: Rizen supports up to 3 independent alarms. We recommend setting all three alarms with a 15-minute gap at first. Once your body gets used to the vibration, you can reduce the gap to 10 minutes, 5 minutes, or even 3 minutes.
Adjust how you wear it: Make sure Rizen is worn snugly on your wrist before you sleep. It should feel comfortable, but not too loose. A closer fit helps the vibration feel more noticeable.
Try a different position: Some people feel vibration more clearly in slightly different wrist positions. Try wearing Rizen higher or lower on your wrist to find what works best for you.
